Mr. Shmuely is the founding and managing partner of Shmuely & Willis, P.A. Mr. Shmuely focuses his practice on prosecuting, bodily/personal injury (“BI”), personal injury protection (“PIP”) claims and consumer protection violations. Early in his career, Mr. Shmuely was also involved in defending high profile cases in significant complex insurance disputes. By defending multiple national insurance companies, Mr. Shmuely learned the best and most efficient way to prosecute BI and PIP claims.

In addition to being admitted to The Florida Bar, Mr. Shmuely is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida. He was also certified as a County Court Mediator. Mr. Shmuely was honored as a Florida Super Lawyer – Rising Star in Florida Super Lawyers Magazine for 2012 through 2016.

Mr. Shmuely earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. He obtained a Bachelors of Arts from Northeastern Illinois University.

Mr. Shmuely prides himself in giving back to his community and those in need. He has logged numerous pro bono hours serving those who may not otherwise be able to afford legal counsel. Mr. Shmuely also supports many local and national charities.
